capture Microsoft live meeting

The firewall at work blocks MS live meeting webcasts. I would like to capture the training presentation on home computer for playback. The sign on goes through multiple screens. Is this doable?

You would need to be there in order to set it up to record as it won't start automatically. Thanks.
