Problem with music on Rhapsody

I just joined Rhapsody and can't seem to record songs. All I get is a confirmation in the media catcher that saves it as multiple Rhapsody Player.flv files.

Good evening Professor,

You mentioned that these are FLV files. Windows Media Player is NOT able to play FLV files, what you need is the FLV player.

Download this player from our website, and try opening the files with that one. This should solve your problem!
