vividas.com - not sure why rmc4 doesn't record from this site

Hi I have rmc 4.1.6 and have been using it successfully until I tried to capture streaming from vividas.com. For example the following link: http://apac.vividas.com/6011_DPC/web/. In reading their site information http://www.vividas.com/ it seems they do not cache to temp folders but download direct to ram, dumping in and clearing as they go. What setting would I need to tweak to capture video or alternately what am I doing wrong with this site. I have been able to capture only audio but not video using rvc 4.2

The web-site uses a proprietary Java player, so recording from screen with software like Replay Video Capture is probably the only option.

Thanks. RVC also does not capture the video, so in the end I recorded the material I wanted as audio only using Replay AV. In doing further research on this forum I found a post from some time ago that says that it is not possible to capture video from a site that uses Adobe secure streaming. I suspect that this may be part or all of the problem with the vividas.com site.

It is not possible to download or capture from web-site using Adobe Secure Streaming when using the latest versions of Replay Media Catcher 4. But you can record such videos from screen.

Black screen problem is usually caused by video acceleration being turned on:

Thanks again. Tried it with hardware acceleration turned off and with it turned on but at the lowest active setting. Both worked but with hardware acceleration totally off there is a slight lip sync issue, but with acceleration on but at its lowest setting it recorded fine.
