When I open up a directory with files I've created with RVC, and click on one of them, the Media Player opens and the file starts playing, but then I get a message that Windows Explorer is crashing. This also happens if I try to copy, move, or rename any of the files.

This doesn't happen with any other directories, and it happens even if I have no other software running.

Any ideas?

What operating system are you using? If you're using vista or windows 7 - please DISABLE your UAC, reboot your PC & let us know if the issue continues.

Thanks

Thanks for the quick reply! I forgot to mention that I'm using XP Pro. Is there something there that corresponds to UAC?

What format are the files in? Are you using MPEG or windows media? Also, see what happens when you uninstall, reboot, and then reinstall? Thanks.

Have you tried to play your files with VLC or KMPlayer?

What kind of file names do your recordings have (Do they use letters and numbers only)?
What kind of file size do your recordings have?
