Youtube problem: download a youtube video using the trial RMC: "No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it

I'm trying to download a youtube video using the trial RMC. The download fails, indicating "No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it [IP address]." Am I doing something wrong?

Just downloaded a couple of videos from youtube using RMC 4.1.6 without any issue. What web-page are you trying to download from?
