When I rip a stream from flv file (audio only flash player), how do I know which audioquality it is when I convert it to mp3 without having loss ?

How can I save a mp3 stream or a flv (audio only flash player) stream 1:1?

If I convert from flv (audio only flash player) audio to 128kbit/s do I have loss? Because every new compression has loss...

"AAC and MP3 extraction presets" allow you to extract MP3 and AAC tracks without conversion. The process of extraction is lossless, but obviously you won't get your audio in lossless formats like FLAC, APE, because it doesn't seem to make sense.
