Please Help - Reactivation Issue

I purchased Replay Music some time ago and have had to reinstall Windows7.

Now it will not accept my reg key. I have gone through the system to download my key, copied & paste into box.

It just tells me I have no internet connection.

OBVIOUSLY I have, otherwise I could not post here.

Can you help please?

If you are not using the latest version of the program uninstall what you have. Reboot. Then download and install the latest version. If you still have an issue please contact tech support.
