record, stop, save and play internet radio

I just downloaded replay music program. I went to a internet radio station and recorded with the replay music program and it shows as a file. How do you stop recording? How do you play recording? Can you move file to real player and move it to a mp3 player? Sorry for not understanding how to use the program.
