View Full Version : Customer Support Help Desk Doesn't Answer

Has the Customer Support Help Desk shut down? Eighteen days and still no response to Ticket ID #D3EEBF. I outlined the problem I'm having with Replay Music, even sent a log file, and Cheryl Wester said she was "sending this on." Nothing more after that. Even asked for my $79 back, though I suppose there's little hope of ever seeing that again.

I'm VERY sorry for this unusual delay. I'm not able to view that ticket, as it's not in a tech support queue I man - but I DID just email Cheryl, and a few others. Hopefully we'll get a response to this quickly.

Thank you VERY much for your patience, I understand this must be frustrating so I truly do appreciate that.

This ticket has been sent to the developer to research. I'm sure you will hear back shortly from him. Thanks. Often it takes some research to determine what the issue is.
