outerdnn.outer.jhuapl.edu: RMC4 hardly captures anything anymore!

I originally purchases RMC3 and was pretty happy with it. Over time, I ran into more and more videos that it wouldn't capture so I upgraded to RMC4. Unfortunately, my capture rate hasn't improved at all and I'm really upset that I paid money to upgrade to RMC4.
