All video turns to audio only

:confused:Have been using applian tools for over 12 months with nbo problems - but suddenly... I have tried to convert a wmv to avi mp4 mov and others but everytime i end up with only the audio and no video. I have uninstalled and reinstalled all applications with no luck. The problem seems to be not limited to Replay converter - i have same problem with winff. What the heck is going on? Please help.:mad::confused:

If you have the issue with other programs that our not ours than it is probably on your system and not our program. I would suggest you do an update, make sure windows is current, and install a codec pack to see if that helps.

Try to use players that come with built-in codecs (like VLC, KMPlayer) and see whether you just have a problem with system audio/video codecs or not.
