3gp files to AVI and What Version is newest?

I have a paid version of Replay Converter - Ver. 2.80. I like it alot, and use it to convert my cell phone videos to AVI where I save them. This feature is the main reason I bought the application.

I do not know what version is the most recent. The website says "Replay Converter 4" but does not specify if this is "Version 4.0" or just a simple name.

Either way, do we get free updates?

My application has stopped converting my 3gp files. The dialogue box says "Conversion compete" but no files have been converted.

I have Vista and 3GB of Ram.

Any solutions would be greatly appreciated.

RC 4.0 is indeed Version 4, and the most up to date version

Please submit a ticket to technical support, and attach your log file, so we can further look into this issue with you.
