I am running Windows 7. I was using 3.11 but bought the 4+ x64 upgrade. Fully uninstalled 3.11 and tried to install new verson but could not after repeated tries. Always get the messaege:

Error 1001:An exception occured in the OnAfterInstall event handler xm. -> Applian Driver installation failed: -536870333

How do I overcome this?
