Please see what version you have installed and download the correct MSI.

XP: Look in the add/remove programs applet in the control panel, select RMC and click “Click here for support” to get the version number.
Vista/Win7: Look in the uninstall programs applet in the control panel. The version number is a column in the display and will be listed against RMC.

Download the correct MSI by replacing the version number in one of the following URLS.

32bit http://jaksta.s3.amazonaws.com/Applian/rmc/<version no>/RMC.Setup.msi
X64 http://jaksta.s3.amazonaws.com/Applian/rmc/<version no>/RMCX64.Setup.msi

This is from our programmers "mouth" directly, so I"m thinking this should help resolve your issues. :)

Thank you Jeff. Along those lines, here are the direct links with version 4.0.17.

You’ll get this error if Replay Media Catcher cannot properly read the installation file or if there is an inconsistency in the registry. Please try the following:

1. Make sure you’re installing the latest version of Replay Media Catcher (4.0.17). If you’re installing an earlier version, please download and install version 4.0.17 from this page:
http://applian.com/replay-media-catcher/demo.php
2. If you still receive an error that the .msi is missing, download the .msi from the link below and run it to install Replay Media Catcher:
3. For 32 bit windows:
http://jaksta.s3.amazonaws.com/Applian/rmc/4.0.17.0/RMC.Setup.msi

http://jaksta.s3.amazonaws.com/Applian/rmc/4.0.17.0/RMC.Setup.msi

For 64 bit windows:
http://jaksta.s3.amazonaws.com/Applian/rmc/4.0.17.0/RMCX64.Setup.msi

http://jaksta.s3.amazonaws.com/Applian/rmc/4.0.17.0/RMCX64.Setup.msi

I believe the version number in the URLs (is "URL" the right terminology these days?) should have ".0" appended. My Add/Remove shows version "4.0.9" but I needed to enter "4.0.9.0" into the 32bit URL.
