How to capture from video.about.com

I can go to youtube and RMC will record.

However, when going to the below one, it will not record.

How come ?

What version of RMC are you using please?

The about box gets me a list of versions per item, the first one is asmr 4.0.17.0
I guess this is my version then.

Oh, btw, suggestion: add 32bit or 64bit to the about box, so there is no doubt as to what updates
to download.

Later..

I gave it a try just now and launched the above URL in a separate IE8 session.
The mp4 was downloaded instantly. So, everything fine.

Yesterday I tried to download/record it, but at that time the site was one of a number open tabs of IE8, so maybe that was the reason for not recording.
This is just a wild guess.
But then again, in the same IE session, with a number of tabs (sites) open, I also visited youtube - recording went fine, whereas the video from video.about.com didn't.
A bit weird.

Anyway, matter is solved.

You may need to clean the cache of your web-browser before recording to avoid problems like that.
