Replay Media Catcher can't record RTMPE streams anymore:
As of January 28, 2009, any newly installed copy of Replay Media Catcher does not support Adobe Secure RTMP Measures. (http://www.applian.com/replay-media-catcher/support/secure-rtmp-measures.php)

Sorry, as of Early 2009 RMC is no longer able to Capture RTMPE encrypted streams. You might want to try Replay Video Capture (http://applian.com/replay-video-capture/) in the meantime, which CAN record what's on your screen - rtmpe files included :)
