New purchase of RMC.
Had a demo and uninstalled RMC and the Applian Director before later deciding to buy.
Downloaded again and I get the following error message upon opening:

"Can't load appliand driver. This can occur when uninstalling and reinstalling without rebooting the computer".

How do I resolve this, and/or where do I get the Applian Director to download and reinstall?
I am not able to download or record anything now I was able to do before.

Thanks.

I have the same problem, could not load driver appliand, etc. RMC 4 would not uninstall even before this.

How do I 'repair' RMC 4 as Lkdog did?
