YouTube FLV to MP4: Iphone Lip Sync off - Troubleshoot "Fail"s

YouTube FLV. The lipsync is off when converting to MP4 using the iphone setting. Trying to reconvert always gives a Fail result before anything even starts converting.

Too often I find folk DEMAND that the encoding be THIS and THAT and won't realize they made something that will be out of sync or the APP (such as mentioned in this discussion) is buggy.
That's not my app, it's not one I will ever own since they SPAMMED the forums.
Sorry but I think at this point you see the problem.
