I'm having trouble with RMC 4.0.9. I need to uninstall it from my computer so I can install 4.0.12. (I might not technically need to--I just like to do it that way).
I've tried repairing it. That doesn't work.
I've tried re-installing it. That doesn't work.
I've tried installing the new version over top of the old. That doesn't work.
I've tried installing the new version in a different location. That doesn't work.
EVERY error message has to do with the same stupid asmr.dll file, so my guess is that it's corrupt. :( I can't even use the [older] version that's still installed anymore.
That's why my last resort is somehow getting a hold of someone else's asmr.dll file to see if, by some strange reason, it finally works. If it doesn't? Well, then I'm just going to have to do without it--at least until I reformat again, or upgrade to a new computer.
Nothing else works, and there are many other people in this forum with similar issues that are still unresolved.
