Freecorder Toolbar Missing afrer Antivirus protection update

I received an upgrade to my virus protection. Through the installation, I lost my Freecorder toolbar. All else is intact. Not able to find in my list of toolbars, as it was prior to this upgrade. The two Freecorder installations are still listed in programs. How do I get back my toolbar?

Would re-installing wipe out the Freecorder music files already created on my hard drive, since I will need to uninstall the previous version?
