can't uninstall replay media catcher 4 - Error 1001

System.IO.FileNotFoundException:

i don't have this: file:///C:\Program Files\Applian Technologies\Replay Media Catcher 4\ainstaller.dll

and it doesn't allow me to install the program again, to create the folder with ''ainstaller.dll''!
can some kinda person upload ''ainstaller.dll'' ?
because i tried to install again but it says:

''Unable to install because a newer version of this product is already installed''

the only place on my computer where i can view the program installed is in :
Start menu/Control Panel/Programs and Features/Uninstall a program.

You need to run a registry editor like regedit.exe, backup your registry, then edit it and reboot.

Hit WIN+R then type regedit and launch it. Alternatively open command prompt and type regedit in it, then press Enter.

Install, select replay media catcher e remove. Then reinstall application. This is the only way that i found woks.
