I have moved over from WM14 to the Replay Media Catcher and I am impressed. One question I can not find answered anywhere. After downloading, the captured files remain with "Queued for conversion". Thereafter there is no change and if I close RMC the files are cancelled and lost. How can I get it to complete please.
