Get Window option

My Get Window option when selected gives me a oversized frame and it is very diffulcult to reset to what I need. It there something or a option I need to set so it will frame only the video screen I want?

I am sure there is a setting or option that needs to be adjusted.

When this happens please move the red and blue markers to frame what you want to capture. Thanks.
