Hi,

I am a version 3.11 user and have not problem with the video at
http://www.viddler.com/explore/RoyOsherove/videos/19/

However, when testing version 4 the video is not captured. Why is this?

Regards, Tom

Viddler uses a strange content type.

Go to Tools -> Settings -> HTTP download tweaks -> Content Type/File Extensions and hit the Add button. Then use the following:

Content-Type: Server:AmazonS3
File Extension: FLV
Hit the OK button.

After adding Server:AmazonS3 / FLV you shoudn't have any problem downloading videos from this Viddler page.

Thanks for the swift answer.

Is this going to be added by default in an update to V4? Just wondering since its the first thing I tried with V4 and was a bit disappointed when I saw it didn't work.

It was added and is available by default in Replay Media Catcher 4.0.7 RC

Do you mean to download videos from viddler? I guess it has nothing to do with your viddler version, mainly depends on your video capture software, it might get something wrong with it. I also get the testing version 4, but with this viddler video downloader (http://www.video-download-capture.com/how-to-download-videos-from-viddler.html), nothing happens. Everything is ok. Only play the video and then start capturing with a few clicks.
