View Full Version : Replay Media Catcher 4 does not remember registration code

Every time I run RMC 4, it tells me that I need to enter my registration code.
After I do that, it says "All product restrictions have now been removed".

The next time I run it, I have to do the same thing again.
Any ideas on why it's not remembering my license code?

[Edit]Well I'm not sure why, but the program has now stopped asking for my registration code each time I run it.
The last 2 starts have been fine, so I'll have to see what happens in the future.
I did verify that my registration code is listed in the Registry, at
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Replay Media Catcher 4

If it happens again do let us know. Also, do make sure you are running the program as an admnistrator

Once again I have to enter my registration code each time RMC4 starts.
If I enter the code, quit the program, and start it again right away - I have to enter the code again.
Needless to say, I never had this problem with v3.11 (which is also on my system, since they are supposed to be able to exist side-by-side).

I am running as an administrator, and the Registry key:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Replay Media Catcher 4
does contain the RegCode value.

I'm unaware of anything else that I can check for.
Maybe try uninstalling v3.11, to see if that makes a difference?

Hi Paul

If you don't mind - please submit a ticket to Technical support including your current RMC Version #, and most important - your Registration code.

We need to check to make sure you're set up for the right version :)
