Converting Video to GIF

Is it possible with this product? I have used this converter for quite a while but never had the thought of converting a short video clip to a GIF. Any experience with this out there? I could not find it in a previous thread.

No, it is not. For this you want to use a capture progam such as screen shot that is built into your system.

I'm sorry. I realized in your response that I was unclear, although the answer will be the same. I am hoping for an animated GIF, not just a picture. I will look for other applications to assist.
