RM4 : How to exclude some programs from being captured?

Everything's in the title. With RMC 3 you could determine which programs could be excluded, in order to avoid duplicate recordings. I don't see anything like that in RMC4's options.

Just one other thing : when a file is captured a pop up balloon shows up indicating that the download is complete; could this be disabled ?
