Problem installing Replay Media Catcher 4 update: RMC 4 already exits do you want to replace it

I have Replay Media Suite installed . I installed RMC 4 in Demo Mode , entered my registration code and restrictions were removed . No problem with RMC 4 .
When i start downloading the update to RMC 4.0.5 a dialog box states ' RMC 4 already exits do you want to replace it ' .
Unsure what to do so i click ' No ' .

I clicked yes and it updated okay.
