Song is recorded does not go to Itunes automatically..............

Song gets downloaded successfully according to rmc 4. However does not import to Itunes. When I do find file in my music file and try to play nothing happens. It is as though Itunes is not recognizing the file. Why is this happening? It is not the first time it's happening about 10-15% of time.

Make sure that your iTunes is closed when sending a file. Also, make sure you are using the latest version of both it and of Quicktime.
