Help with Replay Capture Suite: Launcher Error - Could not start the setup

:confused: Just Purchased Replay Capture Suite and when I click on the program file I downloaded nothing happens.
It does not start the install process.
Does anyone know something I should try?

I re-downloaded the program and tried again and this time I got an error message that said
"Launcher Error - Could not start the setup".

It sounds like your firewall might be blocking our installer. Try downloading the individual programs from http://www.applian.com/downloads.php
