unable to create temp directory in destination file

Everytime i try and record i get this message ive even changed the destinatona dn i keep getting this message , anyone know how i can fix this?

Hi Jake - try and do an uninstall and reinstall for the destination file. Make sure you're running your computer with administrative rights as well and the UAC is disabled if you're using Vista or Windows 7
