Replay media catcher cannot detect motogp stream in win7

I have use RMC on windows xp and have worked well in downloading from motogp.com. I've upgraded to win7 and now RMC cannot detect the file. Even the latest 3.11 version doesn't work. I've used RMC on my old laptop with win xp and the streaming file can be downloaded successfully. please advise the difference caused by the different windows version

I've tested MotoGP with various accounts over the past few years, the only way to record it for now is with Replay Video Capture (http://applian.com/replay-video-capture)
