Recording Quality/Settings?

I am using the Replay Video Capture page product and have am experiencing the following when replaying a video that I just recorded:

The sound is very faint
It is also recording background noise from me coughing, breathing, talking, etc)

Is this a matter of adjusting my settings, as I need to be able to record this without having to have people around me year this while I work, and also, I need to be able to record without having to worry about background noise being recorded.

It sounds like you are using a laptop with a mic attached. Please disable the mic and it should work better for you. The program is a screen capture program so it is going to record what it hears. If it hears a sneeze you will get that in the recording if you have a mic. Thanks.
