A error msg pops up - that can not find a DVD.

However I see 4 titles (not numerically in order) in the menu list.

Any suggestions

We need to see a log file for this. If you continue to have a problem contact tech support and give all the information requested. Also, make sure you don't have burn DVD selected.

I have deleted your post as it had your log file and personal information. Please do not attach or copy and paste a log file into this system. We need you to contact tech support and ATTACH your log file to the ticket in that with all the information. Thanks.

I too had that same issue until I downloaded the DVD43 program. Try it out. Hope that helps.

bummer - but 64 Bit (win 7) not supported.

If there is a trick with the plug in (which is 64 compatible) let me know - thx
