So I have no idea why it's not working. I'm using Windows 7 and just installed the trial version (V. 3.11) to test it out before buying, but so far, it doesn't even function. So here's what happened:
If I click "Start Recording", it does these things to my browsers:
Firefox simply doesn't work at all. No Internet connection whatsoever. As soon as I click "Stop recording", bingo, the Internet connection comes back.
Chrome just keeps crashing.
And IE works, but it won't download any videos.
Any advice would be appreciated. I've heard that RMC is the best video capture software on the market, and I'm looking forward to buying it if it proves worthy, but well, it ain't looking so hot right now...
