Hi!
Is there a setting that allows me to permit only the videos I want
rather then having every video that I view stored in the temporary area?

If I say go to YouTube games, every single time I have been there
shows up in the temporary area.

If there is no way to 'turn on or off' which videos I want to save,
is there a way to just delete the video option altogether?
Thanks...

The videos located in Video History are not recordings. When you watch something in HTTP protocol, your browser caches this to a temp folder. Media Catcher redirects this cache to a different temp folder and offers an easy way to save or discard the media. This does not require any bandwidth. You can set the minimum size to "0". This will only allow one video to be listed at a time.

Can one control in what format files are saved? I'm getting mainly .flv and .asf files, sometimes .mp4. I would rather avoid .asf. Is it possible? I know one can convert but converting crashes the RMC more often that it succedes.

RMC downloads streams.... so you get the format that is being broadcasted.
