Problem With Dvd Burning The Same File

I burned some files and then tried to burn a new group of files to dvd. But what happened was the first group of files ended up being burned onto the second dvd. Then I tried a 3rd different set of files and the same thing happened, the first group of files got burned to the 2nd and 3rd dvd. Can anyone give me some advice?

Please delete the files that are burning again from your system. Reboot your computer and now see if that corrects the issue. This is not the norm at all.

Cheryl and Jarre2000, This is the same thing I described in my thread titled "Converts but burns what I previously burned" however I've never gotten a reply and no matter what I do it continues to do the same thing that Jarre2000 is describing. I've even uninstalled the program and reinstalled it and its still burning something I previously burned. It DOES convert the new files, but burns the previous. Please advise.

I have sent this issue on to be looked at. It doesn't happen that often and we have very few instances of this being reported. It is difficult when we are not able to duplicate the issue but the developer is aware of the issue and looking into it.

When you do a burn and it asks you if you want to use the same settings say no. Then change the ISO file name to something else and see if that works. this is a suggestion from the developer so let me know how it goes. Thanks.
