Tuner.exe and flash perf problems?

I've got a couple of programs that I record via 'capture by recording audio output'. They're just some web pages that play audio via flash. It works fine when I navigate my browser to those pages, but when I tune that page via the tuner.exe, flash slows to a crawl (intermittent audio).
I've tried having replay launch IE and navigate to the web page, but it's the same problem.
Is there some flash setting I should try?
