ive had RMC for 5 months and its easily the best piece of kit that i own. however the past few weeks its been going crazy... firstly if im using youtube and trying to record it refuses to work, and only records every other video. i try clearing history, reloading and all that stuff but it just wont record... then last night i was using opera browser and it started going slow and not responding, i thought it was a browser problem, but then this morning it did exactly the same thing with firefox. and wouldnt let me open IE either.even when i closed RMC the browsers still would not open. i had to restart the computer before i could open any browsers. and now aslong as RMC remains closed everything is working just fine....
does anybody have any suggestions????? if i delete RMC and download it again will the key still work??? i dont want to loose it if not....
using windows vista. mcafee security. year old laptop.
