View Full Version : Having Recording Issues with Replay Music and Grooveshark

Hi-

I am running Replay Music v3.95. OS is Windows 7 Ultimate x64.

I am following these instructions with grooveshark.com.

Open Replay Music
Select Start Recording
Our dialog box comes up
At the bottom it says to open website to record
Select that and our page comes up
Go back to the dialog box and select OK
Now, go to what you want to record.

The system is going into record mode but it not putting tracksin th elist after i stop recording. I have tried this both in demo mode and with reg code. I have also uninstalled and reinstalled the app. UAC slider is all the way down.

Please advise what the issue is, I can send you a video of the process if you need it to troubleshoot.

Please contact tech support with your information. We will also need a log file and that can't be sent through our forum. Thanks.

And where do I find the log file?

It is located under settings and the output tab for ease of ATTACHING to a tech support ticket.
