Live streaming capture

Hi All
just recently bought the complete suite and cant figure out how to capture live streaming flash
http://www.opentopia.com/showcam.php?camid=5519 was one site which I didnt think would work
I also wanted to use it to capture live streaming flash on a language sitefor college
I start catcher prior to opening my firefox browser but nothing comes up on it..

Any suggestions?

I can't even get the video to play on this site. It seems likely that you will need to use Replay Video Capture (http://www.applian.com/replay-video-capture/index.php) on this site.
