Help. Trying to uninstall old version of replay and can't

I need to update my replay av 8 to the latest version and instructions say to uninstall old version before new install. I go to add/remove and it will not let me uninstall at all. I tried rebooting etc, replay av8 is NOT running and I still can't uninstall. I have version 8.53. I see where I can re download and try uninstalling again, but all I see is version 8.43 or the newest version....I don't see 8.53

Nevermind. I had the ask and record toolbar installed. I had to uninstall that first then I was able to uninstall the old replay av 8. Still can't get Sirius to work though.
