Replay Music Crashes

I am using Rhapsody with Vista.
Replay Music continues to crash at a certain point.

Make sure you are using the latest version. If you are not uninstall and reboot prior to installing.

I am usng the latest version and have continued to experience this problem when trying to save a recording session. I have upgraded to Windows 7 as well but continue to have the same issue.

Does it crash when trying to identify a song?

Also, if you are using the Rhapsody Player try it with the web based version and vice versa. Try it with something such as Pandora to see if you have the same issue.

I am having the same problem have reloaded and uninstalled 100 times .I think it is an inferior product!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We need you to contact tech support with complete details when you have this issue. We need to know what you are recording, how long you are recording, how long you are recording when the crash occurs, and have a complete log file.
