URL finder-not finding

I know there is a simple answer to this but I can't solve it. I am unable to get the program to capture (and then record) the video clip, (mostly Youtube). Here's what I do:

Start Replay AV 8
Click on tools & click on "URL finder"
Start the video clip
Open record Wizard
Click on:
"Record something now"
"Capture Video clip"
Capture stream page opens

The video clip's URL is not listed so nothing records.
What am I doing wrong?

What do you have for your network adapter in the network box under URL Finder? What are you using for your Internet connection? What version of AV are you using.

I am using the only network adapter that shows up
Intel(R) PRO/100 VE Network connection
The program is Replay AV8
Internet connection is wireless 100 MBPS
