Freecorder 4 Problem

I've just uninstall the Ask & Record Toolbar to upgrade it to Freecorder 4. When the installation was done, I open my IE and didn't see the Freecorder there, neither when I click on the program from my All Program list - it didn't opened up. On my IE, the toolbar still there on the list when I right clicked it.

Help much appreciated. I'm in frustration.
