View Full Version : problem registration Replay Capture Suite

i have bought the Replay Capture Suite , which includes 8 programs.

2 programs refuse to registrate. I've contacted applian , and they promised me a solution.

It's now 2 weeks ago, and i havent receved ana answer. They don't even reply my mails anymore.

Anyone else had this problem??????????? :mad::mad::mad:

Same Here..bought the entire suite and the converter will not register. I enter the code and it gives me an error message saying it cannot detect internet or firewall error. I am connected to internet and the windows firewall is turned off. All other programs registered fine with no errors. I sent in a ticket and got a response and the link to view the ticket does not work. Does anyone have a number to talk to a "real" person???

We do all of the support on the ticket system. All tickets have been answered. If you have not heard please send me a private message with your ticket number so we can track it down. If you don't have a ticket number then the ticket was not submitted correctly. Thanks.

I don't have one in my messages I just checked. If yours is a ticket that I said I had sent to advanced support it is probably being investigated to determine what the issue is. If that is the case someone will get back to you soon. Thanks for your patience. If that is not the case send me by message the ticket number again as I don't have any new messages.

I am deleting your information as it is taking up a lot of space. Your ticket has been responded to and/or transferred to someone to look into it. If you don't hear back from someone in the next couple of days please let me know. Thanks.

It appeared to be a server problem that was causing problems with the registration. The server seems to be running okay now. Please try registering your programs again and let me know if you are still unable to register.


i tried it. still the same problem

If you have a support ticket open, please keep all responses to that ticket. That is the quickest way for tech support to help you work through this issue. Thank you.

Same problem with replay converter, bought today.

Today i received a new version, of the replay converter. It registrates fine.

If they can do that with replay AV8 too, all my programs will be ok...:)
