Windows 7 Issues with Replay Converter

I'm new to this and I can not get the Replay converter to work with Windows 7. I get FAIL after the conversion process for each file.


Any suggestions?

What format is the original file in? What format are you converting to? Are you running the program with administrative rights? The more information you provide the easier it will be for someone to assist you.

get message "ffmpeg.exe has stopped working" when converting stream capture to mp3

Try and right mouse click the file in Replay Converter. Select troubleshoot. Now, give it a try. If you continue to have this error contact tech support with details and a log file. Thanks.
