Replay Music is not tagging anything

Replay is not finding the tags for any music it records. I've followed all the instructions I can find but nothing makes any difference. Any ideas what miht be going wrong and what I could change.
Tried recording from spotify and last fm, same problem with both.
I'm using version 3.5

As i've known, there are problems tagging some songs. Have you tried more with other songs?

Please uninstall the version you have and reboot. Then download and use the latest version. That should work for you. If you continue to have a problem please contact tech support as more information will be needed.
