the best setting to record from Spotify Premium

I have recently purchased Spotify Premium.

What would be the best settings that I should select for optimum quality?

Currently, I have:

VBR @ 320 Kbp/s.

This is a personal choice. I would suggest that you experiment to get what best suits your needs. As an example I normally use 196 for my recordings as I don't personally hear the difference in quality.

Hello, there's always a little quality loss when you record a track that is already compressed (it's the case with Spotify's ogg tunes).
You should set RM to a slightly higher bitrate than the original.
