"record to this format" has suddenly gone gray

when I record a program "record to this format" has suddenly gone gray and I'm given no option to "after recording convert to this" only nothing leave as is, is available. Everything worked fine until downloading replay media capture suite now everything has gone south - help me

Make sure you are using the latest version of the program. I am testing it and it is working great. Thanks.
